Delete your Muyo account

You can permanently delete your account in Muyo under Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your plans, lists, goals, reflections, uploaded images, sessions, and subscription entitlement records.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@ukilabs.com with the subject “Muyo account deletion request”. Tell us whether you used Apple or Google sign-in and include the email address shown by that provider. We will verify ownership and process the request as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscriptions

Deleting Muyo data does not cancel billing. Cancel the subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
