Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Muyo mobile application, the Muyo website at muyo.ukilabs.com, and related services operated by Uki Labs. Please read them before using Muyo.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing Muyo, or selecting “Agree and continue,” you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is not part of these Terms unless applicable law says otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services under the law where you live. If you are below the local age of digital consent, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Muyo is not directed to children under 13.

3. Your account

You sign in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in provider and for activity under your Muyo account. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. The Muyo service

Muyo helps you organise life goals, lists, daily and weekly plans, notes, reflections, images, and related settings. Features may differ by platform, country, device, subscription status, or software version. Muyo is a planning tool and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You give Uki Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service or comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited residual copies or records that must be retained for security, legal, or technical reasons.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to upload it. Do not use Muyo to store or share content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malicious code, or creates a serious risk to others or the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Muyo, interfere with its operation, bypass access or security controls, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, use another person’s account without permission, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

7. Muyo Pro subscriptions

Some features require an automatically renewing Muyo Pro subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal, cancellation, plan changes, and refund eligibility are controlled by the store and the settings shown before purchase. Deleting Muyo does not cancel a store subscription. See the separate Subscription Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Muyo, its software, visual design, brand, logos, documentation, and service content other than your content are owned by Uki Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Muyo for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

Muyo relies on services provided by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your direct relationship with them. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

10. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve Muyo, or respond to technical and business needs. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid features, where practicable and required by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Muyo or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if operation becomes unlawful. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muyo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uki Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of Muyo. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Muyo during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, please contact 18881934641@163.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Uki Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, but you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law of your habitual residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and provide additional notice in the app or by another reasonable method when changes are material. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
